Alina Vasilache is the Co-Founder & Head Mental Coach of Potentia Life Consultancy. Alina has an extensive background in clinical positive psychology and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Malaga, Spain, and Master of Science in Clinical Neuroscience from King’s College University, UK. She has more than 14 years of clinical experience in individual psychotherapy for adults, psychological assessments and psychotherapy for children and family therapy, working with clients from different countries and different cultural backgrounds.
Alina specializes in Lifestyle Coaching and Consultancy, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Her interventions are adapted to the specific needs of her clients and may combine other approaches as well. Her methodology reflects a strong background in evidence-based models of intervention, such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy and Family Based Therapy, Behavioral Activation and Counselling for all types of Anxiety.
Alina works and supports children and adults suffering from different emotional impasses and struggles and helps them reach the inner light inside themselves. She works collaboratively with people, guiding them towards fulfilling their life goals and re-centering them towards their full potential.
Her experience as a mental coach and psychologist taught her, more than her studies, that the most important and helpful thing in her work is the professional, authentic connection two people can establish, and, before being just a professional in her sessions she is a person willing to understand and support others. She strongly believes in the healing power of the corrective emotional experience within the support she provides, and her biggest reward are her clients’ stories of life success.
Sabeeca Sajid
Mental Coach

Sabeeca has a background in Applied Psychology & working with People of Determination. She graduated from Amity University Dubai, with a degree specializing in Applied Psychology. Alongside her education, she has also gained experience in working with People of Determination, most of whom were on the Autism Spectrum.
Most of her academic years and work experience incorporated the administration of psychological assessments, Mental Status Examination, and conducting research on topics related to mental health and sociological phenomena. She has completed clinical observerships in neuroscience centers, in addition to, working with individuals receiving ABA therapy in clinical and educational settings.
She has also supported People of Determination in co-curricular settings, such as in arts and sports activities. She believes that these areas provide individuals with a great opportunity to develop their skills (e.g. motor & interpersonal skills), and express themselves, whilst allowing them to engage with their peers and professionals in an environment more natural to them.
Anna-Katharina Schang
Naturopathy Coach

Anna-Katharina Schang is a Coach at Potentia Life Consultancy. She specializes in the nutrition side of naturopathy (with a certification in Ketogenic diet), Breathing Methodology, Herbalism, Iridology, Artherapy, Gemmotherapy and many more to come.
Formerly she was an ICU nurse in a specialized top 5 worldwide university hospital in oncology. During her nursing studies she worked in the psychiatric ward (for both young and adults) as well as for the sleeping laboratory of another university hospital. She also worked in a specialized home and school for deaf and/or blind kids, where she learned sign language and how to communicate with both deaf and blind people. Not to mention, all the diverse experiences gathered during internships and side jobs in many hospitals, in different wards, operation rooms included.
Throughout her past career, Anna worked with critically ill patients and their families, an experience that enriched her compassion and appreciation of how stressful life can be. Overwhelmed by that, and always being attached to nature, Anna reconverted to Naturopathy, as a mean to help minimize the root cause of many of the challenges she witnessed people had to go through.
In Naturopathy, Anna takes interest in prevention, through the first medicine: food, as well as balancing the harmony of our bodies (homeostasis) through different techniques individually tailored to each person she works with. Practically acting as a life hygienist, with her medical knowledge and experience giving another dimension of comprehension of the function of both the body and the mind permits her to achieve holistic care with her customers.
Verónica Montoro

Verónica Montoro is the Educational & Emotional Children Coach at Potentia Life Consultancy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Furthermore, she continued her academic background getting two master’s degrees, one in Children & Youth Clinical Psychology and, other, in Neuroeducation & Capacity Optimization, Special educational needs.
Verónica has more than 10 years of experience working with children who has learning difficulties or special needs. Also, she has given support and guidance to parents in need for orientation regarding parenting and their children’s education.
Her vast experience working with different cultures and languages, enabled her to develop a program specifically tailored to address the needs of parents raising children with two or more languages at their household.
Verónica firmly believes in the importance of a holistic approach addressing both parents’ and children’s emotional needs and practical requirements. And with passion, she will work with parents/children to help them manage their feelings and to establish creative wellbeing routines and to set aspirational goals.
Sandra Martínez Sánchez

Sandra Martínez Sánchez is a Coach at Potentia Life Consultancy. She focuses on family therapy – kids, teenagers, adults, and couple therapy dealing with all kinds of emotional problems. Sandra holds a degree in Clinical Psychology with distinction and a master’s degree in Third-Generation Phycology Therapies. She has more than 12 years of experience in corporate, individual psychotherapy, family therapy and drug dependence.
Sandra specializes in Coaching and Consultancy, systemic family therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Counselling. Her interventions are adapted to the specific needs of her clients and may combine other approaches as well.
Sandra works and supports adults, children, teenagers, and families suffering from different emotional impasses, anxiety problems or going through difficult times in their lives, guiding them to achieve their life goals, by focusing on understanding their emotions and needs and teaching them how to succeed and fulfill them.
Her experience as a psychologist and a mental coach with different types of people and mental impasses has taught her the importance of active listening, open mindedness, empathy, honesty, and respect. Alexandra Diaconu

Alexandra has extensive experience in outpatient settings, in children hospital at Neo Natal Intensive Care offering emotional support to the parents on prematurity and medical related problems, currently working and volunteering in palliative care dealing with loss and grief with people on their last moments of life and with their families, and experienced in pediatrics support. In her approach, Alexandra is very client-centered and uses the tools of motivational interviewing, systematic theory on an integrative and holistic perspective.
Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree and a master degree in Philosophy from the University of Bucharest and obtained her second master’s degree in Psychology with the specialty of Psychotherapy.
She works with youth, couples, families, individuals, and groups with mental health difficulties. She offers support to people suffering from abuse, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, trauma, addictions, and grief and loss.
Her hope and goal is to help people move forward in their life in a meaningful and healthy manner. She enjoys working with all ages across the life span. She provides mental coaching online in English and Romanian.
Saralla (Sara) Chettiar

Saralla (Sara) Chettiar is a mental coach at Potentia Life Consultancy – Dubai with a background and experience in Clinical Psychology. She graduated First Class in Human Development at University Putra Malaysia in 2000 and has a Master in Clinical Psychology at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She completed her Ph.D. in Psychology from Massey University, Wellington, New Zealand in 2023. Her Ph.D. research interest includes creating evidence-based psychological interventions centered around coping and resilience in general and high-risk populations.
Saralla has been practicing at both the Penang General Hospital and Island Hospital Penang, Malaysia since 2009. There she focused on conducting evidence-based interventions and assessments for children, teenagers, and adults. She has a strong background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Resilience Therapy, and Schema therapy. Sara assists her clients identify triggers that perpetuate their maladaptive psychological struggles. She works collaboratively with her clients to analyze and find tools and strategies that will allow them to build their individualized toolbox to reduce emotional discomfort. Her mental coaching approach is one that is active, collaborative, and result-orientated. She also works in partnership with clients’ families when it is needed and tries to develop an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment to enhance outcomes.

With more than 15 years of experience, Valentina Avdeeva specialises in the areas of emotional competence, stress tolerance, positive self-affirmation, independence and social responsibility, and uses art therapy as one of the methods to do so.

Judit Spiegl
Swimming and Triathlon Coach

Judit Spiegl is Potentia’s swimming and triathlon coach, with a history of working as a Coach and comes from a family in the same field. She completed her qualifications in physical education in 1997. She hails from Europe and has shown an inclination to enjoy swimming since her childhood; her experience of living in the UAE has taught her that not all children from various countries have had experiences like her own.
She moved to the UAE nearly a decade ago and started coaching for swimming and triathlon (to learners across different levels of proficiency). She also works as a Project Manager at Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic, where her organisational skills are a great asset to the company. Sports is her main hobby, and she is an advocate of healthy and active lifestyle.
Judit specializes in curating swimming programmes for adults, and teaching them to overcome fears and phobias associated with being in water. She believes in the potential of her clients to overcome their fears with time, dedication, and patience. Her experience has taught her that the journey to becoming a better swimmer and overcoming fears looks different for everyone, but seeing her clients slowly gain confidence and derive pleasure from swimming proves to be rewarding for her and helps her to keep inspiring people who are willing to give swimming a chance.
